I have a pair of Super Wench hubs on the front (stainless steel) and they are starting to oxidize. What can I clean them with or put on there to prevent the oxidizing?

once stainless steel starts to corrode, it's nearly impossible to clean, try a a polish ball from shucks and a drill.

I use FLITZ on SS all the time at work, well, on any metal pretty much. Works really good. depends on how much oxidation there is.
