i have a '82 luv diesel. i have found a '92 isuzu 2.6 4x4. what i need to know is will the drivetrain (motor, trany, axels , ect) from the isuzu swap in to my LUV? thanks

You'd replace the diesel with a gasser? What do you plan to do with the diesel when you're finished?

I agree with Jack and the LUV diesel you have is a special truck in reliability, durability, and fuel mileage alone. As much as I like diesels you couldn't give me that 2.6 gasser even for free. If the LUV is in good shape keep both trucks.
