Your asking in the wrong forum dude, would be better to post this under the Lounge.

My son has a YZF 450 and I have Raptor 660. I don't know anything about any Polaris product. The 450 is faster off the line ,but I have more top speed with the Raptor.

I just sold my 06 Predator 500 Limited. The limited version is set up with more add on items. The most important is the tunable pipe.

Out of the box, the Predator will compete with any other stock quad out there. However, the size of the gonads is really what makes the big difference. It's always hard to tell which machine is best off the line as it comes down to the dirt conditions, tire set ups, best timed shifts etc.
I am 36 and I raced mine last year. My poor old body couldn't take the abuse. On the first lap, I could keep up with anyone. If I would have been a better racer, the machine had scary power and awesome suspension.
For the price, the Predator was and is my first choice. The bonus is it comes with reverse and is way better suited for weekend trail riding than the YFZ or the Honda.
Hope this helps.
