Well im probly getting a set of 38" Michelin ZXLs from a guy i know. They were on his Toyota so the wheels are 6lug. So they will fit on the 12bolt and D44 i have. So how long do you think those axles will last with a 7.0L Caddy in front :lol:

Well they are decent axles, but I have seen very mild small blocks snap them in the right ( or should I say wrong ) Conditions.

i've got an xtra front housing for when you split that one in two :lol: i'm interested to find out how long stock shafts are gonna last in mine with a full spool in the front :? what gearing are you gonna use? traction aids?

Well the deal with the Michelins didnt work out, probly for the better anyway :lol: . As far as gearing and stuff Im running 3.73 gears and probly at least a welding rear. Im thinking of welding the front as well.
