I picked up these 15X8 Centerlines yesterday. The tires are junk, but I get to see what it'll look like w/ 31X10.50s.

They widen the stance & make it fell considerably more stable on curves & such. I do have the center caps for the fronts, but they'll have to be milled out in the middle for the hubs.

Whats the concensus from the 4X4 guys? Too bling looking? I'm more of a black Rockcrawler type wheel guy myself, but these things weigh alot less than steel rims, & w/ the 2.6 the more weight you can drop, the better. I've even toyed w/ the idea of powdercoating them black.

Sooooo....... Comments? Suggestions? Blatant disrespect?? :D

Oh, & I did some trail cruising today, too. I like dirty trucks. 8O

Those wheels are pretty sedate looking, not too bling at all. Put a bit more agressive looking tire on there and you wouldn't even notice the wheels. I kind of prefer white lettering out on the tire, that might also help distract your eye from the wheels if they bother you that much.

I like the rims! They look great! I am with 800xl on this one... I like the white letters on the outside. Its all about you though, you do like them rite? Hope you have fun with it!

I like the style of them fine- I just don't care for the polished aluminum finish. I'm thinking of spraying some gloss black on them & seeing how they look. Then if I dig 'em, I can look into powdercoating. I'll probably run my 235/15 BFGs on them 'til they're bald, then go to an aggressive 31X10.50 MT tire. Those 31's in the pic are street tires, so they really look off to me. But they lifted the Troop a couple inches :D

I prefer white letters out if the tire has them. It looks funny to me to peek under the truck & see the white lettering on the inside of the tire.

Thanx for the input so far. I'm kind of "on the fence" with them, so I'm looking for some outside input.

I sprayed them black- whaddaya think? Personally, I think they look much better now than they did in the aluminum finish. They match the roof rack & brushguard now. :D
