Doesn't she have a purdy smile?
Tire is flat...but holds air for about 8 hours before needing to be refilled...
Look at that sexy ass.
I tried to get a shot of the temp controls to show the factory A/C but it was dirty, and the picture is blurry.
The only front bumper damage. Doesn't really matter anyhow, because I'm going to build a front bumper for it.
These are my axles that will probably be goin' under the LUV to start with. They are axles from a 1974 CJ7 (i think). dana44 rear, dana 30 front.
My LUV engine in the state it was in before it was pulled, plus a few sledge hammer dings, cracks, and holes. (I didn't touch the A/C compressor).
My future rear axle donor (14bolt full floater). It's a late 70s GMC Custom Deluxe 20.
My transfercase (NP205) and transmission (SM465)
This is a 1969 Ford F100. It will be a future project, and eventually a tow rig for my LUV.
Interior condition of the LUV after I pulled the seat.
Gas cap is missing.
It was also missing one of the tailgate latches, but I just bought 2 from someone on
http://www.luvtruck.com (oh, and that mesquite tree you see pieces of in the bed, was once literally GROWING from the dirt that was in the bed.)
Do you see anything out of place?
Holy hell! They are 1980 Chevrolet LUV side mirrors! That bastard stole my mirrors, then wrecked the truck!
A future project of mine (after the '69 F100 is completed). It is a 1973 Pontiac Ventura, with a big block pontiac 350.
Body damage done to the LUV. My aunt let a friend drive it, she turned into the driveway to fast, and slammed into the gate.
Another shot of the damage.
Rust on the bed.
A spot on the bed that looks to be home done repairs.
A small bend and some rust in the door.
Louvers in the sides of the cab have NO rust. Also a good shot of my gun rack.
The seat that came out of the LUV.
Dash after I ripped out all the cracked foam shit on it.
A couple shots of the front of the truck. To show that I have both headlamp bezels.
Another shot, showin' off the now dead tree that was growin' in the bed of the truck.
