First HEY EVERYONE long time been very busy.

I have a question for everyone. If I was to buy some land for a private ohv place to play, how many would make a donation? It would be non profit just a place that all 4x4 people would have chipped in to get really. It would be in Jefferson county,wa somewhere and be cared for by 4x4 people. I have people that will help with making the trails and courses. Let me know what you think.

I hate to burst your bubble, but I think the law suit happy people would find you . And the millions of $'s of liability insurance would make it not possible.

When I was a teenager the local drag strip closed. I talked to my dad about the same kind of thing, but for 1/4 mile drags, to keep the kids off the street. His answer was, no matter how many release of liability forms they sign, some how you'll still get caught by one. Not to mention the lawyer fees to fight and win some of them.

There are lots of private ohv parks around that are running just fine, Ya some might get sued but I think it is possible to get one going. I already have a lot of support from local riders. I just want to see what others think, so thank you for your input.
