Not in the US. Isuzu started putting them on a lot of stuff in the early/mid 80s though. The spline count is the same on the 84-86 Troopers/Bighorn? as the LUV, but the hub body is different diameter so it won't bolt to a LUV rotor. I have a theory that the rotors and wheel hub can be swapped over though, with the right combination of parts.
That said though, I would not recommend changing to autos from manuals except maybe on a total grocery getter that never sees off road action. The autos do not like much abuse as they unlock and relock every time you change directions. In a situation when you are stuck and rocking it back and forth they tend to be the first thing to blow.
