New to the board and new to LUV's too although I've done my homework on them =P I've had a 1973 Vega wagon with a 350 and hidden nitrous, a barracuda, a 69 Lincoln and a bunch of other fun cars, but I finally decided to try to make something fast. LUV's are light, with unlimited tire space (or at least enough) so a 300hp 350 with bottle is going in, and if that isn't enough, the 550hp 12:1 aluminum rod motor with the dual stage plate system is always there too
I'm planning on starting off with the stock 307 that is in it, and doing staged performance upgrades everything to get it from maybe 14's (now) to all the way down in the nines. I'm sure I'll have plenty of pics and videos and stuff (cause I'm a nerd) or maybe even write a book about it (English major after all) Any tips and tricks from people here will be a great help, and I'm glad to be a part of the board!
