Well I had a honda accord but I drove the crap out of it and after 275,000 miles the motor went out so I needed a quick cheap ride which lead me to the luv I bought for $300.
Here's the day I brought it home

I have never been able to leave a car completely stock so of course this one had to be played with too.
first things I did was remove the tool box, remove the back bumper, and shave the emblems.

then I decided it needed some sort of roll pan

it's been cold lately so I haven't been doing much to it, but here's how she sits as of today

It still needs a lot of work done to it, but she's getting there.
Current mods are
-custom roll pan
-2.5" exhaust with a flowmaster muffler
-fan mounted on radiator for extra cooling
-spray in bed liner
-kenwood and sony amp with a 10" mtx sub behind the seat

I think you will find most of us here have a LUV that is a work in progress, so yours fits right in. Looks like it is a 76 to me, and not bad looking at all for a truck pushing 30 years old. Welcome, and be sure to browse through the gallery off the main page, I still get new ideas in there and I've been here for years now.

yeah, drove it home that day. The only thing I've had to do to it is replace the thermostat, fuel filter, and adjust the carb.

Thanks for all the comments.
