I figured I might as well introduce myself since I've been stalking this forum for a few weeks now  . I bought a 1979 Luv 4x4 a few weeks ago for 450 bucks. Heres a link to the ebay auction of which I found it:ebay
I says 400 but I gave him 50 extra to end it early  . Its almost all stock except for the deleted rockers (rust) and the ugly green poorly painted over the original yellow.

I was surprised to find that I could still drive and turn the wheel when I first tried the 4x4 in the rain. Also surprised at how well the truck handles.

Wow! Very nice truck for the low price! And in Pa. I'm surprised it hasn't totaly rusted away! :D It looks to be all there and with a straight front bumper!
Welcome to the site, I'm sure you've already seen how helpful it is.

Thanks guys. The truck was actually brought up from North Carolina about 5 or 3 years ago and in the time all the rust damage was done. I got a lot of compliments from people about the truck but also a lot of people that talked trash ( they are just jealous). But I did hear a funny story of someone that put a Luv on the lift (two post lift) and the frame broke in the middle as soon as it got the wheels off the ground. They truck came out of the shop in two pieces  .
