The only other thing I could think of is a FUBAR voltage regulator. But you'd have constant voltage everywhere. What's telling me it's a broken wire is the 11V at the battery and 22V everywhere else...
i am assuming its the voltage regulator, but ill check the fusable links and that wire you are talking about. i just got back from a parts run so i will be able to check that soon enough. thanks for the feed back
