Hi all. I had a 1980 LUV back in the 80s. I adored that truck. Was so excited to see one "restored" on a TV show last night. Really made me miss my truck. I wish I could find my exact truck. I suppose there is no way to do so is there?

Chances are pretty slim as even if it is still on the road it likely doesnt look the same. If you had the VIN i think you can run it and find out where it is registered.. Not sure
If nothing else there are plenty of luvs needing some love and a resto.

Welcome, I have seen one that looks like yours in a Chevy Luv FB group but chances are slim it is the same one. I did find my 76 stepside from the early 80's last fall and just missed buying it back after it was sold locally in WA. There are plenty of them around if you are ready to jump back in. I took 27 years off my Luv hobby but I am neck deep now. 8)

Welcome!!

As was already mentioned, finding that exact LUV is a slim to none chance.
But,being as it was a longbed it would narrow down your search.
On the bad side,if you were looking to find another longbed to build for old time's sake,it's gonna be a bit tougher.
Not many longbeds to be found anymore.
