Hey Guys,
I've wanted a bad ass LUV for over 15 years and I finally got one.
I bought it at night, and by the time I started tearing it apart the cancer started showing up everywhere.
Im in the process of repairing the rust, and getting a design in my mind for how I want the project to run out.
Here are some pics.

I guess I can only attach 3 pics. Maybe Ill start another thread if there is an appropriate place for that one the site.

Anyhow, Im really looking forward to cleaning up the truck, tossing a V8 in it, suspension work etc.

Im happy to see that there is luvtruck.com to talk with other LUV owners!

File comment: This was just painted over with body filler.
The rhino liner in the inside of the bed helped make it look "ok"

File comment: Looks ok until you look closer, repaint over factory white, in some spots it looked like they did clean it before they sprayed.

8O Check your rocker panels, they are usually the first to rust out down there. Cant imagine they would be in as good as shape as they look with that much fender and door rust. My rockers were shot and we didnt have to do anything to the doors or fenders when I had mine painted.
