I'm new to this site, but not to LUVs. I bought my first 72 in April of 73. I drove in for several years, and swapped in a 283 and Muncie 4 speed. Currently I own an 80 with a 350 and 350 auto. It's now time to rebuild the front end, I would like to go with S10 spindles and coil-over shocks, after reading this forum. Originally I considered an MII, but it's presently my only transportation, so I would like to keep the down time to a minimum.
Thanks
Steve

Not sure of anyone who actually sells the stuff to adapt the s10 spindles. Also, they are much heavier than the stock ones. I ended up with the mustang II stuff using the no longer available tubulars, but they were not the right geometry and I could not get enough caster, so I cut up a set of speedway uppers. Still need to modify the lowers to satisfy me. I wouldn't do either mod on a street driven truck, but the heims are ok on a race truck...
