I recently got a 1980 LUV. I've already gutted the interior and got rid of the surface rust. Half of it has been undercoated and I've got a racing seat and a 12 bolt with 3.73 gears with posi to boot.

It snowed recently so I can't work on it right now. I don't have pictures of the clean up on the inside my camera died and phone doesn't have a flash. I'll get some pics up here soon.

Thanks guys. It'll get the standard sbc swap. Down the road it'll get a 5.3 ls with a front mount turbo. For now it's getting a 8 point cage, 12 bolt rear with 3.73 gears and posi. Either ladder bars or 4-link. This is my first real big project. Last year was my first engine build, that went in my daily driver. That just happens to be a 1976 Chevy Nova Concours. Looks like a granny but sure doesn't move like one. So far my theme for my truck is "jack of all trades, master of none".

The Nova.

I'm more than happy to answer any questions you guys have about either vehicle.
