Hello all, I've lurked on this site for quite awhile but not having a luv of my own I had no reason to register. I recently found one here through a friend and dragged it home Friday night. It's a 78 2wd automatic that is already equipped with a small block v8, a 4 speed automatic and a chevy 12 bolt. It has block hugger headers that go out into side pipes. The stock bed is gone and in its place is a stepside bed from a late 70's Chevy truck. At first I didnt really like the bed, but its starting to grow on me. The guy I got it from said he bought it sight unseen because he wanted the motor out of it. The engine had a rattle and he got disgusted with it and parked it behind the barn. Im gonna put the top end of the engine back together and putt it around until it blows up. i want to get it mechanically good and maybe do a little custom work to it. I'd like to find a set of twin headlight bezels and grill to change the front end a bit and would be happy to trade the single headlight and grill setup if someone wants it. Ill post some pics of the truck when I get them taken and as progress follows. Thanks

Dizzle
