I picked up an i1 Luv 4x4 recently and have been working on bringing it back to life. It is rough but it is fixable. Right now I am having an issue with 30 year old fuel lines cracking. Once I get those in shape I should be good to start on the other problems. The engine is covered in a protective layer of grease and grime that I am kind of afraid to clean off. I have no idea what it might be holding in.

The body on this little piggy is sad. Rusted to pieces. About a year ago I bought a Pup that had a perfect body on it and a neighbor bought it from me before I could even get it home. I wish I had that body now.

I have needed a small 4x4 to get around my property when it is muddy, and something economical to drive so the monster Suburban can stay home and not drink fuel. I have a 86 Isuzu Spacecab that we are using on the property but since it is a 2wd there are many times it has not wanted to come back to the house.

Future plans are to get the little thing in shape and hopefully have it covered in paint and not rust. Possibly 15 inch Trooper rims. Then drive it till it falls out from under me.

Welcome to the site. As a P'up owner, I'm partial to 2nd-gen LUVs.
