I just obtained a 1799 chevy luv via trading around vehicles. I can say this much i love these little trucks. I was very supprised at the response i got when i started driving it around. There are not many of these left down here in louisiana due to the saltwater and hurricanes we are so famous for down here. My only big problem so far is finding the small things like turn signal light covers and things like that. Anyone know of a nice web site or something like that for smaller parts?

I know LUVs are considered antiques now due to them being over 30 years old as long as u don't have a 1982 LUV, but I didn't know they made in 1799.... naa just messing with ya. Welcome to the site.

You can try EBay. There is a guy on there selling 100's of parts right now. If you see anything you need, get 'em while you can because parts are hard to come by.

Welcome, check ALL the wrecking yards within 200 miles, look in the Classifieds on this website( alot of good stuff) and like raidersadie said try eBay, I have bought all kinds of stuff from there( yes I'm the one who bought those custom looking Luv floormats). Good luck M8.
