Hey guys hows it going.. Names Casey from south Louisiana. Ive been in the southern show scene for a few years now. Im in the process of buying a 1980 Luv. I've been back and forth looking for Datsun's and Luvs, but I think I came across the right one. I was wondering if there were any trouble with the driveshafts rubbing when being lowered, or anything else rubbing besides tires =). My plans are small, simple but very noticeable... Going for an old school look, baby moons w/ white walls, chop top maybe 2 in., lowering the S%*# out of it, mabye bagging and BD it but I doubt it. Simple one color paint, lots and lots of pinstripeing, Small v-8 swap auto trans, custom sheet metal dash. Although these things will take time, and I mean alot of it. Im ready for a new project.
