As you can see my name is James, I dont have a luv yet, but I should be picking it up this weekend(i hope) or on my down week. I am currently enrolled at Wyotech in Laramie, But I am from Newport, Ar. My father had a luv back inthe late 70s early 80s, that had a 355 and I am getting this luv for me and him to have a project together. I am taking Chassis fab. and hope to bring it up here to do some chassis work.

Well.... I might be in the same state but, Denver is about 100 miles from you and I am only 350 miles away. The 27 years I have had my LUV and lived in Wyoming and Colorado I have only seen 1 stepside ever (on a luv anyway and it was the late 80's). What shape of bed are you looking for, the ones around here are pretty beat. I am looking at a 4x4 sometime in the next week but I always assume the worst and they are usually worse than I imagine. I havent been in Colorado for 2 and a half years now but the only yard I could ever find Luvs were at Pull N Save at 33rd and Peoria in Aurora Colorado. If you ever run into a guy named Doug Swenson at school tell him Hi for me (my name is Todd)!!

James, I live about 70 miles from you in Wheatland Wy and know where there is a early seventies truck with a fleetside bed on it, I'll take a look at it and let you know what kind of shape it's in.

I would think I could get that out of it, how many stepsides do you see here and basically add a sbc glide, a radiator and few more things and it would be ready

Would you consider selling the bed only?
