Hey everyone, names Cody. I live in Waterloo, Iowa. LUVs have always been a sweet ass truck in my eyes. Never owned one but may be picking up a late 70 2wd this weekend. I have been droping 2wd trucks and lifting 4x4s for a while now and can't get enough of it. Had my fair share of rides form drag cars, to mud biggies, to slamed mid sizes, and anything in between.
Just thought I would swing in and say hello. Hope to get this LUV and post some pics here. I will be slaming it, gutting it to the bare minimum, and turning it into the most affordable drag truck I can build. haha. It will be murdered out bumper to bumper with only a few hints of red here and there. Should be a fun little project to get going. I have a few other projects in line before it but, it wont be left to far behind the others. Looks to be a great site and hope to get to know some you.
