Hello there, I'm from Anderson, California and just got started with a 1980 chevy luv that my dad gave to my stepson so Im rebuilding the little g180 in it for him and were looking at a 77 chevy stepside to swap the bed on.

and I'm new to all this automotive stuff but working to become a mechanic.I was a long haul truck driver before I got married but that was no way to raise a family and I didnt really care for local driving at all.

So I'm new with a little autmotive knowledge from what I have been learning in class and labs but enjoying every min of it.
