Hi all I'm new to this site and just wanted to say Hi.
I have a stock 1980 Chevy luv, have had it for YEARS. Great truck. Its been parked for a while about a year and a half and I'm ready to get it back in the road. I have some questions but I will post them in the stock section. I have gone through this truck pretty good here is what I have done:
Rebuilt transmission (automatic)
new radiator
rebuilt head
rod and main berings
rings
new starter
new alternator
rebuilt carburetor
various new hoses
added helper springs
ummm I think thats it, its been a while since I even looked at her so maybe my memory will come back on other stuff.
Anyway just wanted to let you guys know what I got for now. I look forward to being a part of the forum. I did all that stuff myself so hopefully I can be of help to others once I get back in the swing of things. For now I will be the one needing help.
