A basic oil change at Jiffy Lube or Oil Can Henry's and you're set. Probably need a new battery and seriously think about replacing belts and hoses, but that's about it.
You can literally do the entire tune up with a Phillips screwdriver, feeler gauges and a spark plug socket. At the end of it you'll have a fun little truck that will amaze you with what it will still do.
