yea i saw that bike.. a buddy here in beaumont has a 550hp Busa built by velocity racing only topped out at 227gps.. he out ran my bike by about 5bikes or so hard to tell @ 180 in the 1/4 thats fast, there is no limit just depends on how much money you have.. also I would luv to hear from someone who has done the turbo on the luv to find out if the mpg would be effected....I am still really interested in boosting the luv...

gixerdevil, the member TurboPaul has turbo and intercooled his 1984 PUP diesel. He would be the pro to help you out on turbocharging your LUV diesel. He knows a lot about the LUV/PUP diesel trucks and he should chime in here pretty soon to comment. In a lot of ways I could see how turbocharging the diesel would increase the fuel mileage and be a little more efficient. Good luck.
