at what tempeture should the 2.2 81 run . will it run better hotter?

Usually the warmer the better... when i first pull out of my house it runs a little slow, but when i get going it rides much smoother.... And if you rev. your diesel while it's very cold or your driving after you just cranked it will ruin your pistons and cylinders
