I am the new owner of a 1981 diesel 4x4. I bought it at an estate auction and it has not been run for 2 years. I'll trailer it home tomorrow and get some pictures up. The engine should be good according to the family. There is a lot of rust which may cause me to go the flat bed route or maybe find a donor body.

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.

Welcome to the forum. I'd recommend changing the timing belt ASAP. That's one maintenance task that costs MUCH more if you wait 'til it breaks.
