were is the best place to look for parts for my 1981 diesel luv engine. I've looked at E bay and there pretty good but it doesn't have it all. So if you guys could tell me some sites or some add some good links that would be awesome. Just bought the pick up and really want to get it going but parts are rare.

its for the gas/diesel 81/82 LUVs, 81/87 pups and gas 88/95 trucks for the most part,
though a little on the I-mark diesels and very rare isuzu S-10 diesel
yet to have some one find a S-10 jimmy SUV with the diesel. there out there, some where.

mostly 1988 up troopers, amegos, rodeos, trucks, veacross and some other newer stuff
though little on diesel for that site, sence 87 was the last diesel year.

Your location would be of great help to determine who is closest to you that would have those parts you may need. A short list of what you are looking for would be most helpful as well.

Yes, you are correct in saying that parts are not sitting on your local parts store shelf, but between this forum and IsuzuPup.com, there are alot of very loyal owners of these diesel trucks and most of them have a few extra parts or know how to get around the most common of items that are needed.

k thanks. I'm still taking apart the engine so i wont know till it's all in pieces. But when i do i will post parts that i need. This site has been a lot of help so far so i have high hopes.
