I have a 82 luv diesel and an electrical problem. Its been intermittent but now its got me stuck. When I turn my key on, I get no power anywhere, but If I turn the key backward to acc power my radio gets power, but then If I turn the lights on everything shuts off.

I pulled the plug from the ignition and jumped the wires out that worked for a bit, but now that doesn't work. I have power coming in but I can not jump out to start the truck anymore.

I am at a loss, I have looked all over this forum but nothing sees to be like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I've been away for a while. If you haven't found the problem, check for a bad connection on the fusible links that come off the hot battery lead.

And yes, you need to be on IsuzuPup.com, too. You already missed the P'up meet in Charlotte back in March. The NC members are talking about a meet in or near Burlington next year.

you may have a fuseable link thats in the mane lead from the battery thats blown.
if its bad dont put a normal fuse in it, it will blow to fast.
and puting in a over sized normal fuse is not a good idea.
it needs a good fuseable link put back in it, if its bad.
