ok thanks i'll check it out.

i had a look at the adjustment and while i had drums off i got someone to pump the pedal and found that the wheel cylinders barely move, with 1 pump the drivers side moved 1/2 the cylinder a few mm's and the other side didn't move at all, it took about 3 or 4 pumps before they reacted so i only have the front brakes to pull me up? but there is fluid getting through to the rear cause it comes out when i bleed them. i also pulled the bias valve apart and it was full of slug and crap but i don't no? i'll keep going tomorrow on a few more thoughts and then when they don't work i'll drive to a specialist to fix it:)

Its quite possible that the master is the cause of your brake problems, it only takes 1 of the seals to be installed in the wrong location or direction an it no worky. Have the mech xsplain to you what the problem was before you hand over $$$$$

well sorry i nearly forgot to let you how i went so here it is

after ringing them about 5 to 6 times and each time they didn't have the answer then on about the 5th time i was freekin out about how much it was gunna cost, so i when into them and checked and he said i was about up to $250 and some parts for the booster to come so i felt a bit better, so i left it another 2 day's for the parts to arrive and checked again and they had it finished, so my last Q? i asked was how much did it end up and it was $575 i wasn't very happy. so they replaced the master, did somthing to the bias valve and reconed the booster and it took them over a week to do it?

but i'm realy dirty about the master c cause i Q? them about how they new it was hadit and he said it had a score mark from were the locking screw had been screwed into the piston and was causing the piston to jam?

and i told him that was crap cause when i pulled it apart i cleaned the bore out with a cloth and took notice of the condition of the bore cause were i got the rebuild kit from the bloke said if there is any markes in the bore then it would be no good and when i was bleeding the brakes it was pumping fine, so i asked for the old one back and it did have a huge mark in the bore like there's no way you wouldn't have see it. and that was the first thing the guy replaced and when he did it it still didn't fix the problem?

anyway as you can tell i'm over it:)
