I had an issue with an intermittent ground cable on my Alternator. Lack of ground on the externally regulated power supply caused a few over-voltage situations that blew up something, acc rail was only 9v at ignition switch and would no longer trip the main power relay. Unstartable. After much troubleshooting, I replaced the Diesel Kiki controller off of my parts truck, and all is well again.

But where can I get more of these? The old LUVs are NEVER in my local junk yards. Anybody got an extra?

Saw this post of yours. I know its old but I have a Diesel Kiki Controller sitting next to me if you are interested in it. Its a Controller : QOS, and in good shape.
