Does anyone know where I can find new or reman. injectors for the famous Isuzu C-223 engine? Or any part numbers for Bosch nozzles, etc?

If you can't find any you can take your to an injector shop and have them rebuilt for probably about $45.-$50 bucks apiece.

To combine and revive:
http://forums.luvtruck.com/viewtopic.ph ... =injectors

I have a sudden circumstance of very hard cold starts and lots of smoke. Even warm starts (10-20 minute wait) are a bit rough and seem unbalanced, like the engine isn't popping all cylinders for a few dozen revolutions of the crank. I step into it once I get a few pops and rev it up a bit, and all is well. Runs very smooth once up to operating temp (192 degree thermostat).

I replaced my fuel filter, as it looked like it might have been on the truck when it was new. Figured if that didn't fix it, it needed to be done anyway. I kinda doubted that was the problem too. Clogged filters are a more gradual problem.

It didn't fix it.

Rebuild Injectors should be my next step?

A good rebuild won't hurt, but it's kinda pricey if it doesn't fix your problem. Tell us about that smoke. Is this before the motor fires up, or after? Does it smell like fuel?
