Anyone know the brand of injection pump that came with an '82 diesel Luv? I can't see the tag on the side. If anyone has one lying around or knows where in the shop manual to look I'd appreciate it. I can't seem to find it in the book either. My '81 Isuzu P'up book has numbers for a Zexel pump but I want to make sure that it would be the same on my "82 4x4 Luv.

VeggieLuv--

The manufacturer of the Luv/Isuzu diesel injection pump was Diesel Kiki who changed their name to Zexel about 10 years ago. And, Zexel is now owned by Bosch who originally designed this pump.

The assembly numbers changed around a bit from one model year to another but any of them will work OK for the C223 engine. Only major change was for the turbo engine in '86.
