I have a Suspected Water leak at bottom Right rear of radiator(looking at radiator). But cannot locate it.

Pressure checked system, with pump up thing. Holds 16 pounds pressure. No noticeable leak.

Overflow tank drains down while parked for many, many days.

Found Tank Overflow hose connection partially clogged. Replaced hose and clamps. Tank is not cracked.

So.....how could a partially clogged radiator vent hose(connection inside of tank) cause a water leak at the Overflow tank location and possibly drip down to the radiator.

Radiator Cap holds about 15-16 pounds pressure.(Checked with tester).

I believe I've located my leak.
I think the bottom radiator hose clamp was loose allowing water to flow across the botttom of the radiator frame, to the other side, and drip there.
Time will tell. As it didn't leak all of the time.
Cheers!!!

Well the saga of the water leak is over. I had to replace the radiator with a spare one, that I had on hand. Seems like the installed one just had a slow, slow, Seep, and not a leak.

Good to hear you found the problem. These trucks aren't too hard to diagnose and are relatively easy to work on. And a spare radiator is good to have, as I've learned that since owning mine the past few years. Hope it's fixed for good too. Good luck.
