While attempting to replace a vac hose on left inner fender that routes back to an off white cylindrical unit attached to the back of the injection pump I noticed the plastic nipple was broken off.
What is this part (part # at Napa, etc. if universal or specific) called and is it available at a typical parts supplier or dealer only?
Tried placing a pic but not sure it will show up...nerd in many ways.

That is a vacuum diaphram that operated the high idle on the injection pump when the engine is cold. The vacuum line runs from the injection pump to the switching valve) on the left fender) and gets it's vacuum soarce from the vacuum pump on the back of the alternator. The electric signal comes from one of the sensors on top of the water outlet / thermostat housing at the front of the engine/head.

I seriously doubt that Napa would even have a listing for that unit. Finding one on Ebay or here or IsuzuPup.com would be your next option after trying to repair the nipple possibly. It is just the fast idle , so it does not effect the running of the engine after warm up.

You won't find it new. Used is your best bet. But the diaphragms have often failed by now anyway.
