it's one o' clock and you're already home from work, eating a slice of watermelon, beating the heat, and chilling on the computer. hope you guys get some time to just lay low this summer. :D :D :D

I wish I could lay low this summer. I work in unfinished houses, it gets about 130* in some upstairs closets with attic doors that have been open all day. Gets rough sometimes.

ouch that sucks, i'm a groundskeeper and just got off early today to beat the heat. usually i'll stay and sweat it out through the afternoon.

im doing the same thing this summer. my buddie who runs his own mowing business needed someone to help him out so i am.

we mowed one large yard yesterday (a 84 lumber store) and then said piss on it. we when to the house.

still beats welding in 135* heat tho :wink:

70 F all year round where I work. Don't know if I could go back to working outside.

I'd just like some time off, never mind beating the heat... :evil:
