And im covered in it 8) (certain observant military individuals might know what that means)

So there i am coming back from lunch and my supervisor tells me to get my cham mask. Im thinkig huh i wonder whats going on. So i get it and im handed chem gear and told to get suited up for some training. So i get all of it on (pants jacket mask hood and gloves) then its time to do some sheetmetal! That was fun few hours, and just a tip if you ever find yourself in chem gear. Dont try to breakdance, sweat runs into your eyes and it kinda hurts.

yeah.. that gear sucks much.. there was a time back a few years ago when we had to suit up in full CBR gear MOPP 4 and try working on the flight deck. it lasted about 30 minutes before people were falling out from the heat.. so i can relate to your sweat in the eyes...

CBR drills are one of the things I am not looking forward to when I get back out on the water.

I love wearing that stuff for 8+ hours.

Reminds me of going to Mopp 4 for training in Ft. Irwin in August one year. we had to break the seal on our masks every once in awhile to dump the building sweat.
Yeah that stuff sucks, but I guess its better than dying if ya need it and didn't have it...
