The old saying of not trusting a car saleperson is becoming true at the place I work at. Actualy its not the sales crew, its the managers. Some of the crap they pull to swindle money away from the sales peoples cut makes me sick. Weve had almost a 200% sales crew turn around in one month. It doesnt directly effect me but I know its happening and it shouldnt. Last night was the kicker for me though when a guy Ive known for about ten years told me hes quiting. Hes been there since the doors opened in the mid 80s and has finaly had enough. And again...people just suck sometimes.

And now my helper quit. Not a good week.

Why hasn't someone went to the owners about it...you know - gone over the manager's head?

They must surely be aware of the recent turnover in long-term emplyees...geez.

Sorry to hear that dude...but I've been there before..it really sucks when the people at the top drop the ball and everything starts turning into a big crap sandwich...

Well the owner doesnt care who comes and goes so long as the place is making him money, which it does. I decided last night that its time for me to move on. I realy wanted to stay at this place but I dont see it getting better any time soon. Hopefully I can find something closer to home anyways. I checked into working out of my own garage, but the city wont let me.
