Can someone, (I'm so embarrassed), tell me how to reply to a post and put someone elses quote in it with that cool white highlighted box? I've tried all I can think of and can't get it to work.

Hit the quote button found in the top right corner of the person's post.

Or Highlight the want-to-be quoted text and then go to "Reply to Post" and hit the Quote key above the text box, then insert quote then close the quote by hitting the quote key again. This should insert a quote.
