I've been getting stolen from for a while now and i decided to do something about it.......iI publicly posted the theives names and pictures in the town i live in .

Today i went out to my luv and someone had keyed NIGGER (btw...im a white guy and i don't like rap either) three times into my paint,and then poured cooking oil on my windsheild.

Needless to say i now have a new paint job on my truck(krylon) it lookes better now than it did before but im still pissed.

Here's the question....what could i be charged with if i camp out in my yard and blast the bastards with some rock salt?:snipersmile: I can handle an assult charge.

i made a police report , but i live so far out in the sticks that if i called the cops it would take an hour and a half for them to get here and i can't wait that long when something happens.

these kids are dumb ass tweakers, i could get away with puttin a toy gun in there back pocket while there writhing on the ground in pain(trust me, when u got rock salt in your ass you can't do anything but scream) and not feel the least bit bad for doin it....

I say light the fuckers up.....If someone ever did that to my truck I would do the same thing. I had a buudy get his turbo stolen out of his Acura (aftermarket). the dumbasses forgot to get the wiring harness, or something like that, I camped in the bushes with my paintball gun (that can shoot 18 balls per second) and lit those fuckers up when they came back. I wasn't charged with anything, but it wasn't rock salt.

If both parties are on the same property, owned or leased by you,you wouldnt be held liable for any harm. You would have to wait for them to actualy start to do what ever they were going to do so you would have some sort of proof. My brother and two of my freinds are all ex cops. Comes in handy knowing them sometimes.

I say use LEAD SALT!!!!!! See now if you were in Texas you could Blast them for that shit!! Just my two pennies.

Thats true. Here in Texas, if someone vandilizes or steals your property, you have the right to shoot them in the act. You can chase them across town and put a bullet in them. when all the smoke clears, they will either go to the hospital before going to jail or go to the morgue. You will go home. The newspapers will print an article about it and you will be the hero of the community. Of course there will be those that will think of this a barbaric but the vast majority will see this as a warning to those who want to press their luck.

I agree with a lot of the sentiments expressed on this post. I would caution you, however, that a lot of this advise is coming from people in other states. Being as you are in California, one of the more restrictive states, I would suggest getting some knowledgable local advise before taking any action which you might regret (in a court of law) later.

I have a paintball gun too, its a Kimber .45 with a lil red dot of paint on each bullet.

Set up a video camera also, just a little something to back your story if it comes down to it. Being in Ca. you may need it.

I wish more States were like Texas.

True, but dead peoples families can, and in California they even stand a good chance of winning. Lots of factors to consider in something like this. I have to say, I like the paintball idea, especially with a full auto gun, nice way to mark the jerks for later police I.D.

Paintballs and video tape sounds like a winning combo.
Please dont ever concider setting any kind of a trap. You can get sued for that in a hurry. A big dog is the most effective way to protect your property. Most crooks will avoid dealing with a dog because they tip of the owners that something is up and they will deal with intruders in their own way if they can get to them.

if you decide to use paint ball keep them chilled or frozen so they leave a bigger welt. video tape find out where they live get a couple of buddies and throw a blanket party

i thought i would do the adult thing and leave it alone till they tried something again, but i just couldn't stand it.

two nights ago me and a buddy caught em outside the house in a little old datsun, does anyone know how easy those are to flip over? when i told em to get out of the car the little shits locked the doors on us. so we let em have it......felt damn good too.

there parents came over the next day and were all pissed off till i showed them the hood of my truck....... so they didn't call the cops.

Score a point for the good guys and i got a little stress out all in one fell swoop.
