So I get a call from my mom last night and she tells me she went to a lawer to get a divorce. Wow! Now Im in my thirties and have my own family and I realy dont feel any emotion about it. Im happy in a way because they have never seemed to be in love since I can remember, but I always just thougt they would ignore each other and be together until they died. Guess its just another adjustment our family has to deal with. Gonna realy be hard to explain to my kids though.

I hear ya I was 30 when my folks got a divorce as well, and it was a big shock to me, becase my folks always got along well. Well now dad is remarried and mom has a "boyfriend" (loser) anyway they get along better now that they are divorced than when they were together. kinda funny I think. Just my two pennies.
