I have been working with my old VFD fighting fires in Texas. New ght the ones in Colorado county and the New Ulm, Frelsburg (BIL) too. We fought fires at area that area, Then to Katy and North of Houston. Went to Bastrop after that. FEMA getting in the way. If you were not registered with something you could help. We are trained in firstAid by the red cross, have experience fight grass fires forest fires, house fires, chemical plants, and aircraft. Texas A&M's fire has classes on all, and we train there. Several of us are certified First Responders in medical siutations. AND FEMA does not want you to help. Same with EMS and setup for relief stations. Maturis Max gave 150 beds.

If they were not jacking off with a Air Tankers who they just canceled their contract with we could have used them. We did have sum help from others. A AirChopper was there and it dumps 2000 gallons each time. We had people with bulldosers helping make fire breaks. Too many houses were burnt down, animals too. The fires rower and will explode. just with in the fire, no propane tanks, the fire just explode.

We are working on our exupiment and taking a day down. We even brought the old army duce and a half that is a old tanker.
It has a couple of pumps on it, as it was a old grass fire truck..

We are going back in the morning. See you all later

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.
