Got rudely awaken by another god damn street racer wannabe last night, but this time they didn't make the corner. Jumped out of bed after hearing the crash and saw two youths running up the street.

From the pics I don't see any tire marks plus it looks like they hit the pole straight on so I wouldn't think they were going to fast and lost control. Maybe they didn't know the area, were $hitty drivers, or just plain stupid.
