On cranes, the build up and tear down of the crane before and after the actual job is called the in... and out. It's billed on a flat rate and we need to get it done as fsta as possible so the company can keep more $ and not give it to us workers. (yea, I know)

Anyway, at work we always tell each other .... Your killing me on the in and out!!!




Also. I am a truck driver at Maxim Crane Works. After haulling a crane to the guys ( who are also Maxim crane guys) and I'm leaving, I tell them "Thank you for the business. Please remember Maxim trucking for all your crane moving needs."

to employee the engine is blown it was out of oil. response your supposed to check the oil I thought you guys in the shop do that every year. Well know one told me I was supposed to do it every day. to employee you have a cdl correct? yes. Did you do your pre trip on all the equip. Yes. Then why didn`t you check the funggin oil you dumb shit. umm you don`t have to get mad it`s not your money.
yes we have employees like that and it happens on a regular bassis.

can I borrow some tools. sure if you don`t mind me bringing your wife back used and dirty. why would you do that? because that is what your going to do to my tools.

I have a 10 pound sledge hammer that I use as a carb adjusting tool for weedeaters. true

antother employee this roller won`t run. My response somebody put diesel in the gas tank. employee response well the truck runs on diesel doesn`t all the equipment on the trailer. no so I take you put disel in the tank? employee no I would never do anything like that.

Sometimes I know the answer to the question allready I just like to hear what stupid reponse I will get back.
