so i had a TA-50 showdown this weekend at guard drill. now normally I'm pretty good at keeping my army crap organized and together but I'll be damned if i could find my shelter half. ya know the 1/2 of a pup tent that i have had for 12 years and never used.
I'm pretty sure it went to Iraq and never came back. hell i may have even ditched it b/c of packing constraints at some point.
anyway, our new supply guy decided to be a dick and do a statement of charges on it. i figured hell how much can it freakin be? all its just a piece of canvas about 5' x 9' two poles and some stakes. $30 at max
