Well, the weight lifting and running finally caught up to me yesterday. At first we just thought it was hyperextended but after going to the DR.'s and xray's........i have a torn ACL and have also fractured the tibular bone on my left knee. I have to wait at least 3 weeks to go under the knife but the pain meds are helping a little bit (SWEET time for more right now). But yea guys, watch your steps and lifts because this sucks bad

Ouch! Sorry dude. My knees are kinda tiered from jumping off the back of big rig tailers for 20 years. I used to be to lazy or in a hurry to go use the steps, but now days I make the trip to the steps.

yea, recovery is what is going to suck. Well, the time involved is the problem. I had a snowmobile trip planned for Presidents Day weekend, but no longer is that happening. Then the biggest issue with the ACL and fracture will be race season, it starts march 31. So before then ive got to get all new tires on the LUV, frsehen up the tranny, and then the rest of general maintance to it and the trailer. But thanks for the support guys, i just think i mght lose my mind sitting around for too long.......
