My 1st car was my Grandmothers old 68 Riv. All stock of coarse. It had a 430 ci eng. I don't know what trans, but in the 8 months or so I drove it I had it slipping.  It also had a posi rear end. That car hauled ass! Couldn't turn or stop, but it went very fast in a straight line.

Way to retro to be considered a Rat Rod, That is such an over used word. Like Von Dutch... I just want to slap the kids that wear the cloths and when you ask them who Von Dutch was they say a clothing Maker... Arghhhhhhhh :x

Thank you CT, I almost lost it. LOL. Von dutch ( AKA Kenny Howard ) was only the greatest pin strip artist to ever live, and one of the biggest, Motorcycle and Hot Rod Guru's in the World... Born in 1925 he started pinstriping at 15, he died in 1992. May he R.I.P.

If Von Dutch saw what they were doing to his name he would roll over in his Grave... The clothing maker just bought the rights to the Von Dutch name
