I'd like to try out flying rc planes. I'm just afraid of spending a bunch of money on a pile of broken pieces that I crashed into the ground on the first try. That would piss me off.

My cousin who flys got an RC plane one year for Christmas from his brother. After he got it put together he took it out to the airport where he has his big plane. He said he had it on the runway and when he went to do the take off, the plane went up, down, up and then nose dived into the runway.
