i finealy got around to cutting this thing down.

ended up having to make the barrel 19.5" long to get it over the 26" overall length.

pics

with low brass birdshot you can onehand it pretty good. better have a damn good grip on it tho. with 3" mag 00 buckshot...well thats a diffrent story
